Cressi Sub Frog Fins

The foot pocket is designed in such a way that it lays underneath the blade giving a smooth flow of water down the leg and across the blade without the normal turbulence in standard designs. The soft curved rubber-like technoplastic comforts your foot while the bottom of the foot pocket extends back to give support to your entire foot. This helps you transfer maximum propulsion with less leg fatigue.
Also since the foot pocket is below the blade, walking in the fin is far easier than in traditional fins. To aid standing and giant striding in slippery conditions, the bottom of the pocket has rubbery treads, and the easy to release buckles rotate an entire 300 degrees for a perfect fit.
